At EDHBay, we strive to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for both buyers and sellers. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which an order may be canceled.

1. Buyer Cancellations

• Before Shipment:
  Buyers may request to cancel an order before the item has been marked as shipped by the seller. Cancellation requests must be made via your EDHBay account or by contacting the seller directly through the platform.

• After Shipment:
  Once an item is marked as shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, buyers may refer to the seller’s return policy, if applicable.

• Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
  Orders for custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Please review the item description before purchasing.

2. Seller Cancellations

Sellers may cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• The item is out of stock or unavailable.

• The buyer has requested a cancellation before the item is shipped.

• There are issues with the buyer’s address or payment.

Sellers are encouraged to communicate with the buyer and process cancellations promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.

3. Refunds After Cancellation

• If a cancellation is approved, the full amount will be refunded to the buyer via the original payment method.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

4. Disputes and Resolution

If a buyer or seller disagrees with a cancellation decision or experiences issues, EDHBay may step in to mediate. However, we encourage both parties to resolve the matter amicably through the platform’s messaging system first.

5. Abuse of Cancellation Policy

Repeated misuse of the cancellation feature (e.g., excessive cancellations, fake orders, or fraudulent behavior) may lead to account suspension or termination.
